Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By using the services of Enneid.com the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Liability for Damages

Enneid.com (hereinafter referred to as “Enneid.com” or “Company”) will not be liable for any damages caused by our penetration testers during the course of a security engagement. The client understands and agrees that the nature of a penetration testing engagement may involve the intentional exploitation of vulnerabilities in order to identify and remediate them and that such activities may result in temporary or permanent disruptions to the client’s systems or network. The client agrees to hold Enneid.com harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from such disruptions or any other damages that may result from the engagement

Refunds

In the event that damages occur as a result of an Enneid.com engagement, the Company may offer partial or full refunds at its discretion. The client understands that Enneid.com will make a good faith effort to mitigate any damages that may occur and that any refund offered will be based on the extent to which Enneid.com was able to do so. The client also understands that no refund will be offered in the event that damages were caused by the client’s own actions or inaction.

Timeliness of Reports

Monthly reports may not be delivered upon the exact deadline, and Enneid.com will not be held liable for any missed vulnerabilities as a result. The client understands that the nature of a penetration testing engagement may involve the discovery of previously unknown vulnerabilities and that the process of identifying and documenting such vulnerabilities may take longer than anticipated. The client also understands that the timeliness of report delivery is not guaranteed and that Enneid.com will make a good-faith effort to deliver reports as soon as possible.

Approval of Requests

Not all requests for services from the Company will be approved. The client understands that Enneid.com reserves the right to decline any request for service that it deems to be outside of its areas of expertise or that may pose a conflict of interest. The client also understands that Enneid.com may decline a request for service if it determines that the engagement would not be in the best interest of the client or the Company.

Confidentiality of Submitted Documents

Enneid.com will not be held liable for the loss or leakage of any documents submitted by the client. The client is responsible for redacting any sensitive information before submitting documents to the Company. The client also understands that Enneid.com takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of submitted documents, but that no data storage or transmission method can be completely secure.

Confidentiality of Submitted Documents

Enneid.com will retain submitted documents for a period of 30 days before deletion. The client understands that Enneid.com may need to retain submitted documents for a limited period of time in order to facilitate the engagement, but that the documents will be deleted in 30 days or less after the engagement is complete.

Proof of Ownership/Employment

Enneid.com requires sufficient proof and permission of website ownership or proof of employment to initiate the engagement process. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to provide adequate proof of ownership or employment before any engagement can begin and that the engagement will not proceed without such proof.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Waiver

The failure of Enneid.com to enforce any right or provision in these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the Company in writing.

Affiliate Program rules and notes:

You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Referral Links & Promotion Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided with a URL link that must be used to identify you when placing a link from your site, email or other communications to the Enneid.com website. It is your responsibility to ensure each such link is correctly formatted. We may also provide graphical images that can be used within the links to promote Enneid.com. You may not modify these images in any way. We reserve the right to change the images at any time without notice. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site You may not use our name or graphics in any bulk email whatsoever unless we have given our advanced written consent. We may terminate the Agreement if any meaningful spam complaints naming us or our services result from your marketing activities.

You may not issue any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Program; such action may result in your termination from the Program. In addition, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you develop our Services, say you are part of Enneid.com or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

All registered users will be checked after registration and it may take up to 3 working days to approve or reject your application.

Some commissions can be cancelled/rejected: unpaid commissions can be marked as rejected if the originating purchase is refunded.

The grace period is 35 days. It is used when generating payouts for affiliates. It helps us filter out commissions that could still be rejected due to a refund of the underlying purchase.

Payment

Accrued referral fees are paid PayPal or Coinbase transfer roughly once per month and only when your accrued referral fees total €500 or more. You must have a valid bank Paypal or Crypto account to receive referral fees, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash or other method.

Customer payments refunded or payments charged-back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for referral fees. We may delay crediting of referral fees subject to risk analysis considerations and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

A summary of sign ups and statement of referral fees is available to the Affiliate by logging into their Affiliate account.

The referral fee structure is subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.

We reserve the right to check and change commissions on the basis of orders actually paid, the notification e-mail is not understood as a confirmed commission – this is only a notification, and every payment will be verified based on real transactions.

Termination

Enneid.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other Enneid.com service, for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accrued referral fees in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Enneid.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to the Enneid.com website and all our images and other materials provided under the Program

Limitations of Liability

The Company and any of the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this Program.

Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or

(b) fraud; or

(d) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If your use of material provided under this Program results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms, or any collateral contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise (a “Claim”), shall be limited to a sum equal to the aggregate amount which we are obliged to pay you in the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the period giving rise to such Claim.
